Welcome!
I've spent the past few months crafting and warming up my vocal skills to resume my work in voice acting, singing, and book narration. My desire to continue crafting digital stories and musical tales are also on my list of "must-do" passions for this year!
Below is a brief overview of my work. Kindly click on the links above to learn more about my creative projects.
Thank you and enjoy!

Voice Actor
My voice actor work includes recording audio books for Lighthouse for the Blind in NYC and narrating several documentaries in LA. I have a strong background in collaborating across multiple teams to produce high quality audio media for diverse audiences. I have been recognized for my script interpretation, and for my ability to work creatively, professionally, and within tight timeframes. I am able to adjust, adapt, and promptly incorporate feedback as needed.

My voice has been described as distinctively smooth and engaging with a melodic flare that is subtle, nurturing, relatable, confident, fun, and direct. I am able to refine my vocal abilities to match the needs of those with whom I collaborate.
Author
THROUGH A DAUGHTER’S EYES shares the funny, yet emotional, roller coaster ride I faced while caught in the wake of my terminally ill, strong-willed mother who was in denial of her condition. The conflict with my mother was matched by the advocacy battles I had with medical professionals who insisted on performing tests that did more harm than good for her treatment. I ultimately resolved to channel my mother's "bulldog" personality to protect her dignity the cancer so wanted to take away. By doing so, I finally understood my mother and discovered it’s okay to speak up for those who cannot advocate for themselves. The result is a story of a mother and daughter struggling to balance laughter, wisdom, and courage that defined us both…through a daughter’s eyes.

Jazz Vocalist
I have been a vocalist, musical theatre actor, and song writer for over 30 years in Indiana, New York City, and Los Angeles.
In Indiana performed in "Ain't Misbehavin" and "Tintypes" and soon moved to NYC where I toured nationally in the Broadway productions of "One Mo' Time", "Purlie Victorious", and in the national tour of "Hail to America - A Tribute to George Gershwin". I've also had the honor of portraying Billie Holiday in "Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill" at the Fleetwood Stage in New Rochelle, NY.
I've performed in multiple NYC venues including weekly gigs as lead vocalist with the Joe Traina Quintet at Sardi’s and Tavern on the Green; as soloist with the NYC Metro Mass Choir at Carnegie Hall, and performed solo gigs singing jazz standards in Cabarets in the Village and on Restaurant Row.
In LA, I sang back-up beside the wonderfully talented lead vocalist, Polly Segal, at the Catalina Jazz Club, the M Bar, and at the Rockwell Table and Stage.
Storyteller - Independent Film Maker
I am a trained digital storyteller and co-founder/ co-owner/co-producer of MannsMade Productions (MMP), an independent film production company. I wrote, produced, directed, and narrated our Award winning documentary: "The Five Acres' Digital Storytelling Experience", which won "Best Documentary Short" at the 2014 Los Angeles Cinema Festival of Hollywood.
